Two-storey apartment for 2-6 people. Large terrace with private entrance, living room, separate kitchen and toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and toilet. Both bedrooms and the living room have their own balcony. Kitchen: ceramic hob with 4 plates, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery. Own washing machine. Living area: satellite TV and large sofa. Final cleaning as well as bed linen, dish towels and towels are included in the price.
The prices are per apartment for 2 people and night. For each additional person (over 18 years) we charge an additional €20.00 per night, for young people (from 12 to 18 years) €15.00 per night and for children (up to 12 years) €10.00 per night. For stays of less than 5 nights, we charge a surcharge of €70.00. A local tax of €1.35 per person and night will be charged for people over the age of 14. Our cancellation conditions
Terms of cancellations There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 of the Civil Code: Up to 30 days before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation on the part of the guest in the period between the 30th day before the agreed arrival day and the arrival day itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation no later than 14 days before the day of arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 14 days before the day of arrival: 80 % of the agreed total price. In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount is due for the entire booking period. Cancellations must be made immediately by telephone and in writing, stating the reason. Should we succeed in renting out the flat again, the cancellation fees will be waived.
